  6. Is the FREE product (perfume if $50+, solid if $100+) customer promotion still valid? I tried using the SP310F method to claim the free product for my customer and it didn't work. It's still being advertised here: http://www.soulpurpose.com/customer-promotions

    1. Hi, T.A. So sorry for this very, very late reply. While I'm sure you got clarity on the promotion, I still wanted to answer for everyone else. The customer promotion is still in place. A free solid with an order of $50 or more. A free balm with an order of $100 or more. To order, you can only be ordered (by adding F to the end of the item #) through YOUR RETAIL WEBSITE on the qualifying customer order. Naturally, if the item is on back order, it will not be available to add to an order. Outside of this, if an item should be available, but you cannot get it added to an order, please let me know (cherylcormier@soulpurpose.com) and we can make sure it is set up properly in the system.

  7. Are there any Pomegranate Mango Custard's in stock. This was perfect for both the Mango Scrub & the Pomegranate Scrub for those who like custards over lotions and balms? What custard would you recommend to go with these new scrubs in place of the Pomegranate Mango?

    1. The Pomegranate Mango Custard is discontinued. I would recommend the Simply (unscented) Custard to use with either the Malaysian Mango Scrub or the Armenian Pomegranate Scrub.

    1. Although I wouldn't be able to confirm with the warehouse until Monday, the Ghanaian Brown Sugar & Honey Scrub should be in stock and shipping. (I base this statement on the fact that it was not included on the status report I received yesterday as still being on back order.)

    2. Great news. The Foot Cream is on its way to the warehouse and should be available for ordering early next week. (Because of a small advance shipment, we were able to begin shipping the backorders this week.) This means that the Happy Feet Collection would then be available also.

    1. Hi, Deidra. I requested a product status update which should include an update on the Brown Sugar Gel. It came in last week, so I can't imagine that it's on back order again so soon. ;(

    2. Hi, Deidre. I confirmed that the GHBS Shower Gel is in as reported in the last update. It is showing in all the shopping carts as well...retail, wholesale and auto-ship. Were you having difficulty finding it online which prompted you to call the office or were you placing an order by phone when you were told it wasn't available? The only thing I can think of is that the customer service rep was referring to an old back order list. Let me know if you encounter any other problems.

    1. Hi, Deseray. We will need to check with customer service first thing in the morning to see if there is a hold up. Although the Youngevity shipping department if generally very swift, they ask us to allow up to 2 business days in processing for an order to ship. Since your order was placed on Thursday, the specific time it was placed and how it was placed would impact the fulfillment timeframe. For instance, if placed online early Thursday morning, we could realistically expect it to ship by Friday. If it was later in the day, It might be Friday or Monday before it would ship. Keep in mind that there are no shipments on the weekend. So it just depends. It could also be that it shipped today (Monday), but the shipping status hasn't been updated.

      So, I would suggest calling customer service at 800-982-3189 first thing in the morning to see if anything else is causing a delay. Please email me directly (cherylcormier@soulpurpose.com) or call me 321-217-3912 as I am not usually logged into the blog to check comments and I would want to know right away if you need my help.
