TO PROCESS AN INDIVIDUAL ORDER FOR A JOM PACKAGE:  

Process individual orders for a JOM Package (whether for yourself or for a customer) by phone or online as you normally would by simply adding the appropriate ITEM # to any order.



TO SET UP A CUSTOMER ON AUTO-SHIP FOR THE JOM PACKAGE:  

Your customer should complete & sign the
JOM CUSTOMER AUTO-SHIP ENROLLMENT FORM

This form gives you proper consent to charge their credit card.

1. You can then use this form to help you manually manage their auto-ship profile to ensure they get the current month's package.
2. When you set up a customer's account, note their log in username and password at the bottom of the form for future reference.
3. File your completed forms by "ship date" so that you can update the auto-ship profiles in a timely manner.
