Starting with your most active customers, set time aside to make follow-up phone calls.
Also, beginning with your most active team members, call to ensure they are taking the same steps to engage their contacts.
REMEMBER OUR IMPORTANT TRAINING TIPS FROM TAMMY STANLEY:
1. To avoid resistance, don't ask "Is this a good time?" Ask "Is this a bad time?"
2. Don't ask "How are you doing" or anything personal until the end of the call to avoid sending a mixed signal.
3. Don't say "I'll only take a minute of your time" which is presumptive. Instead say, "I'm giving you a quick call because...."
4. Craft your irresistible offer by focusing on them as I did in putting the HTML together. You have probably noticed that the language of the irresistible offer includes the key words, PREFERRED, ELIGIBLE and a DEADLINE. But it is up to you how much of a "discount" to offer your contacts. Your customers are also eligible for a FREE Solid or Balm depending on the size of their order (as long as they're paying the full retail price).
