ENTREPRENEURS PORTAL
Reference and training information for Soul Purpose Entrepreneurs is placed in this password protected section of SOULPURPOSE.COM. To access it:
- Go to SOULPURPOSE.COM
- Scroll to the bottom left, CLICK ENTREPRENEUR'S PORTAL LOGIN
- On next screen, enter username soulpurposele, enter the password opportunity.
- If there are TWO DOTS in the EMMA column versus ONE in the YNG column, it means that both systems have the functionality however we recommend that you use the SOUL PURPOSE BRANDED tools in EMMA.
- If there are THREE DOTS in the EMMA column versus ONE in the YNG column such as with ONLINE ENROLLMENT, it is to point out that while the functionality exists in both only those enrolled through EMMA will received a SP sequenced ID number. Note that if you do enroll someone through the YNG back office, it will not affect their positioning on your team; they'll just have a different sequenced number.
- If there are DOTS in both the EMMA and YNG columns, as is the case for retail and wholesale order processing, it is to indicate that you can place orders through both systems. The advantage with using the EMMA and your personal website is the Soul Purpose Branding. The advantage with using the YNG back office is that all of the YNG products will be visible. (Note: We only import the most popular YNG products to make them available in the EMMA related shopping carts.)
- Be aware, all RETAIL orders where you want your customers to PAY the RETAIL prices should be processed through one of your personal websites (either the SP or YNG). In this instance, the company will send you the RETAIL PROFIT back in your monthly commission check. (You must have at least $50 BV in a personal order on file to be eligible for retail profits to be paid.)
- If you log into EMMA or YNG back office and place an order, the WHOLESALE prices will be charged. This would be the best option if the order is for your personal inventory or if a customer PAID you with cash or a check which you deposited into your bank account. So, by paying wholesale for the order, you'll be paying wholesale it means that you'll be keeping your retail profits in your bank account!
EMMA (SOUL PURPOSE BACK OFFICE)
Emma is your online system for marketing, managing and growing your business. This is your OUTREACH system with your own personal retail website, beautiful e-cards, a monthly customer newsletter, contact manager, enroll new entrepreneurs, etc.
- Go to SOULPURPOSE.NET
- Enter your username which is your ID Number (YNGSPxxxxxx, the letters must be uppercase.)
- Enter your password. (If you forget it, click the "forgot password" button if you need to obtain a temporary one.)
This online site is your resource for all business data...volume, orders, customers, entrepreneurs, autoship, commissions, etc. Think of it as your internal resource, much like your checkbook, which you wouldn't let anyone else see.
- Go to YOUNGEVITYONLINE.COM.
- Click LOGIN on the purple bar. *See instructions below for new accounts.
- Enter your username...YOUR ID # and your password...to gain access.
a. you'll need to click on the words "activate your new website here" (in the paragraph labeled LOGIN ISSUES) to set up your account.
b. on the new page, enter your EMAIL and ID #.
c. follow instructions on subsequent pages.
d. be sure to select FREE account.
